AIFDW opened a skilling center at BALLARD ESTATE, KAMANI CHAMBERS Mumbai on 30th April 2022.
Rajyalakshmi Rao - Founder Chairperson of the All India Foundation of Deaf Women & an Independent Director of Tech Mahindra Limited has taken this initiative with her team for the empowerment of deaf women in 17 states. Lot of eminent guests were present in the event like Padamshree Dr. Kalpana Saroj Chairperson of Kamani Tubes, Andrea Kuhn Consul-General of South Africa, Tehmina Khandwala chairperson FICCI FLO, Dr. Abhilasha Gaur COO ESSCI  Mumbai, Rina Deora, Heena Shah, Malti Jai, Saurabh Shah Regional President Indo American Chamber of Commerce- West India Council, Mudit Jain MD DCW Ltd. and many other dignitaries graced the occasion and provided their support for this cause. EPIC foundation Director Mr. Ajai Chowdhry donated 20 EPIC Tablets for this social cause.
ESSCI will be working with All India Foundation for Deaf Women for various skill development initiatives across India.
